Fitness Style Kickboxing Class
Monday 7:30 PM

Fitness Kickboxing is a workout that readies the body for virtually any physical activity. It can be adapted for anyone from pro athlete to non athlete. Using a combination of martial arts striking drills, resistance band exercises, and body weight exercises, we will help you tone and strengthen your body, increase your flexibility, and raise your cardio.

Combative Style Kickboxing Class

Wednesday 7:30 PM

Using concepts developed through 25 years of martial arts and self defense training, we have developed a class that teaches you simple yet effective combative techniques that anyone can use to defend themselves, all while getting a fantastic workout. We will focus on proper technique and power to teach you how to keep yourself and your family safe.

Most other training programs work on cardiovascular endurance and/or strength training, but our kickboxing classes develop flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance as well as giving you the confidence to defend yourself if necessary!
