We offer classes for students of all ages and abilities. Whether it's our ATA Tigers program for students 4-6 years old, our Karate for Kids program for students 7-12 years old, our Teen and Adult program for students 13 years old and older, or our ATA Fitness Kickboxing program, there's something here for the whole family!

TIGERS

Ages 4-6

Classes specifically designed for our youngest students where they will learn coordination, discipline, respect, and self defense all while having fun.

KARATE FOR KIDS

Ages 7-12

Students will learn to better themselves both mentally and physically through self defense and life skills training that will help them in their daily lives.

TEENS & ADULTS

Ages 13 & Up

Through intense physical training, students will learn many different ways to defend themselves as well as improve their physical fitness level.

Ages 16 & Up

This class incorporates both cardio exercises with martial arts techniques to provide a unique workout that will challenge people of all fitness levels.
